An inclusive workplace is one where all employees, including those who identify as 2SLGBTQI+, have equal access to opportunities, are treated with respect, and feel safe at work.
This self-paced training increases awareness of challenges and inequities associated with 2SLGBTQI+ identities, and explores respectful language related to sexual orientation and gender identity, including the use of personal pronouns.
The objective is to support an inclusive workplace culture where all employees feel safe and respected.
